Because the credit card used is a virtual card(for electronic/Internet use only), we would like to request a screen shot of the card's account management page showing the last four digits of the card number and your name. If the last four digits of the card number are not available, then please make sure the name and the transaction are visible. Feel free to block out all numbers except for the last four digits. Lastly, please ensure the URL bar is included in your screen shot.
You can obtain a screen shot by logging into your credit card's website and viewing your account information. Your name and the last four digits of the card's number must be visible. Take the screen shot by pressing the PrtScn (print screen) key on your keyboard, then open Paint (or another image editing program) and press Ctrl-V to paste it; then save it as a jpg file. You can cover any personal information in Paint.
If the online statement is not available, then we can accept any of the following:
-An ATM receipt showing your name (if available) and the last four digits of your card number
-A printed statement from the bank showing your name and the last four digits of your card number
-A printed statement from your bank showing your name and the billing transaction confirming the payment authorization from Hostgator
-A receipt for the purchase of the card (If it\'s prepaid) showing the last four digits of the card number
-A receipt for adding funds to the card showing your name and the last four digits of your card number
We apologize for the extra security steps, but we wish to ensure the security of the card holder as well as protect ourselves from fraudulent activity. Please provide us with the above information at your earliest convenience.

tabi bu ad bu adamların sisteminde kayıtlı olan kişi adıyla aynı olsun. bunu bize gönder diyor.
sonra printscreen nasıl yapılır onu anlatmış.
aynı zamanda siparişinle alakalı adres bilgilerinde eksiklik varmış, şunları doldur diyor:

:) hoca bir çok domain firmasında var o olay tel noyu sallamasyon gireceksin yada en temizi private domain yapacaksın whis bilgilerin gizli olacak host gatorlar alakası yok

Sen hostgator dan domain aldıysan ve bu kimlik olaylarına küfür ediyorsan haksız yere küfür ediyorsun. O yapılanlar icann ın dayatması. Tüm domain satışı yapan icann akredite firmalar aynı uygulamayı yapıyor.
