mcrypt önemsemeniz gerekmemektedir.
.htaccess dosyasının başına şu kodu eklerseniz magc_quotes_gpc sorunu ortadan kalkacaktır:
php_value magic_quotes_gpc off.htaccess dosyasının içeriğini dediği gibi yaptım ancak yine aynı sorun yardımcı olabilcek varmı arkadaşlar

mCrypt: Off On Bu 2 özellik yüzünden kurulum yap dediğimde çıkan hata bu
