Notification/Connection Problems:

    · I'm using SIN and ICQ/CGI/E-Mail notifications, but why can't I connect using the data from the ICQ/CGI/E-Mail notifications?

    · I can't connect using the data from the ICQ/CGI/E-Mail notifications, but I'm not using SIN and reverse connection.

    · I am behind a router, and have forwarded the SIN Port (Default 9999) to the computer I am using. I get SIN notifications, and I can connect, but I can't use any of the functions, I am greeted by "You have to connect first."

    · Okay, but how do I forward the ports?

    · I am not behind a router OR I have forwarded all the required ports with my router, but I don't get SIN notifications.

    · I don't get any notifications.

    · I'm receiving port 0 in CGI/E-Mail/ICQ notifications, but I'm sure I set 6666 when creating the server. Connecting using both ports 0 and 6666 do not work, what has happened?

General Problems:

    · I'm having problems with transfers, the file transfer freezes and won't upload/download anymore.

    · Uh-Oh. My Anti-Virus scanner detects the Beast server/client/binder stub as a virus. What do I do?

    · I installed a Beast server on a computer, but I can't connect to it. I created a new Beast server and tried to install it, but I don't think it installed, and I can't connect to it either. What's wrong?

    · I connected to a Beast 2.06 server with the Beast 2.07 client, but I can't use any of the functions.

Remote User Issues:

    · I have discovered the remote user is a paedophile, what do I do?

    · I have discovered pr0n on the remote computer, but all of the people in it are at/above the legal age.

    · I think the user knows that he/she has been backdoored. What should I do?
