So that's a big sign that they are cooperating with security forces.He was tortured which he finally paid $600,000.ransom before he was release and brought to hospital before he died as a result of internal bleeding after a week as the result of injuries he sustain during the torture.He was held for four months while they were negotiating. For 4 months, He thought he was just detained. he knew nothing.I hide this money planing to travel with the money by end of this year when i will finish my assignment here but now i cannot continue to hide it because, we doctors are equally targets .I have tried to transfer this money through borders to the neighboring countries but i cannot because of heavy military presence and i cannot transfer this fund through bank because banks are controlled by government forces which makes it impossible too because of the sanction impose in the country by United Nations.I contacted a diplomat here who works with ECHO European Commission for humanitarian services that is working under the Red Cross that brings relief materials from Europe.He has promise to help me transfer the fund to Europe through the red cross jet if i can present a beneficiary who will stand to receive the money and pay the customs charges and receive the cargo as his own.I just need your acceptance to pay for the clearance of this cargo as the beneficiary from the customs in Europe and have the fund as our own,all is done.I wish to use this money for charity and Real Estate investment purpose in Turkey and that is the reason i contacted you because i will leave Syria by end of this year. I want to quickly transfer this fund to you as the beneficiary before someone get to know that i have this kind of money.Please if you are interested in this transaction i will give you the complete details you need for us to carry out this transaction successfully after we sign Agreement of Trust by both parties.
