Dear Friend;
The watch you sent,compeletly stopped,only chronometer works
aditionally, one watchmaker expert said that it isnt orginal at all.
The Instruction was given by you isnt accurate completely,here is my observations;
1) In normal mode when the bigger second needle stable, bottom line quadrant moving one tick like 360 degree as intended.Normally,it work like that so There is no problem in this info.
2)In chronometer mode,biggest second needle active by single tick however red small quadrant is equal to bigger second needle,that doesnt work widely.
